How long is the contractual binding period?
There is basically a 6-month commitment on our subscription agreements.
If you want integration to your booking system/PMS and we do not already have this integration, the binding can be 12 months instead of 6 months.
How are you handling data (GDPR)?
A data processing agreement (Crowdbook template) will be signed between both parties. You will be listed as data controller and Crowdbook as data processor. Therefore, you'll have complete ownership of all data that may be collected and processed via your Crowdbook solution.
Crowdbook only processes data in accordance with the purposes described in the data processing agreement. We neither share data with others nor retain data after the collaboration has ended.

What is Hotel First-discount?
We offer a Hotel First discount which means that the number of hotel rooms you have to pay for will be a maximum of 20 times the number of meeting rooms/spaces you offer.
See examples:
If you have 300 hotel rooms and 10 meeting rooms/spaces, you will only have to pay for 200 hotel rooms (20 x 10 meeting rooms). If, on the other hand, you have 200 hotel rooms and 20 meeting rooms/spaces, you must pay for all 200 hotel rooms and 20 meeting rooms/spaces.
The discount is intended for places where the hotel business is significantly larger than the M&E part of the business.
